The flat is sharing with one other (the wonderful Pedro), and is modern, 600 sqft, fully furnished with fitted kitchen, dining space, new corner-sofa, and smart TV, as well as a south-facing balcony (brilliant in the summer!) with views of the Thames. Building 22 is one of the great old converted listed buildings, and comes with access to 24hr concierge and a well-equipped and great value resident's gym.

- DLR and national rail 5 mins walk (25 mins to Bank; 20 mins to Canary Wharf). Thames clipper 2 mins walk away and a fun way to get into Greenwich or Central London
