The ensuite room is a double bedroom with built in wardrobe with stunning views. We have the view of the pond and access to a gym in the building which is free

We are hoping to find a tenant who is a professional / student that will be happy to share the place with us. The property itself is newly built and the furniture in the bedroom are also brand new. The flat is fully furnished and you can use what we have (if you want a TV in your bedroom we can get one) and wifi connection is good, you can even work on the balcony on warm days if you'd like.

Since this is our primary residence, we ask that the tenant not have people stay overnight but we can work something out if it's a one off. We just want to make sure there aren't too many strangers in and out of the house.

We also have 2 cats in the flat.
