Super kingsize room in large Victorian house

We are looking for a lodger for one bedroom in our large victorian home. The bedroom is enormous and used to be two separate rooms which we knocked through to make a larger space. It has a super-king size mattress but is also large enough for a gym or office area too. The house has a lovely garden and lots of space including open plan kitchen, dinning room, lounge and bar on the top floor. Its a 15 min walk from Woolwich Arsenal, up a steep hill, but the view is well worth it! Or, there is a bus that takes 8 mins and stops right outside the house. We are fun, easy going, and sociable, but mainly just chill and watch TV in the week. We have a lovely big St Bernard dog who is 11 years old, so you must love dogs and would be fine with a cuddle on the sofa! One of us works from home most of the week. The other just on Fridays. We are away in France quite often, usually at weekends, so you would have the house to yourself on occasional weekend. We have a cleaner once a week for the common areas, but are looking for someone who can clear up after themselves without being asked, who is easy going and generally just a nice person. Bills are all included. The room is furnished (including sheets, towels etc) with a super king size bed, and you would have your own fridge and cupboard space in the kitchen. We have two separate lounges so if ever you need space there is plenty.
The house is very large for 3 people, so never feels like you're on top of each other. We are at the top of a hill with lovely views, and also some great open parks and woods nearby. We've been married for 8 years and are very easy going, we are lucky (or unusual) that we never argue and are not all over each other like a newly married couple either. So we like to think it's a very comfortable environment for everyone. Viewings welcome. Available 1st December onwards.
