I am photographer/videographer that is looking for a new flatmate. Ideally, I would like to offer this space to someone creative and who would appreciate the space that can turn in to a photo studio with backgrounds and lights.

This is a property run by agency, so there are few fees applied when signing the contract.

Property is situated 7 mins walk from DLR station Woolwich Arsenal. Free parking on the street available. Good wifi, all bills are included in price, however it varies as we will split everything in half as bills only arrives once every three months. Although monthly average is around £820 max.
