Amazing sunny flat in Royal Arsenal SE18

Hi potential flatmates.

The room is 1 of 3 in the flat, spacious and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) All the rooms get lots of light as they are south facing, neutral walls and carpets.


- - The property - -
The flat is amazing, just on the river. There are also two bathrooms and its a decent size at 1200 square feet. The living room and kitchen have a terrace which always gets the sun. I have to say the pictures are not as good as the flat looks (ie the bedroom is bigger) so come down and see for yourself. We have high speed internet and everything works as it should. Washing machine, dishwasher etc. Royal Arsenal is really lovely too, it’s like a village in the middle of the city, super safe with lots of green areas, a few restaurants and pubs, there’s also a performing arts school a few gyms, a museum on site. They are making all the surrounding listed building into creative spaces (concert hall etc) There’s a farmers market here too and when the Crossrail comes (eventually) its 30 seconds from here.


- - The household - -
So its Dec and Caitlin living here as our lovely flatmate Plinio is moving to Mexico for work end of Feb. Dec has his own advertising business and Cait is in recruitment. We all get on very well, everyone is easy going. We like to have a drink together, watch movies, play Jenga. We have a cheeky little cat called Mabel, who is super playful and requires a lot of cuddles (she thinks she's a dog), so someone who likes cats would be great.
