3 bed house 5mins walk to DLR/train station

single room. You will be sharing the bathroom(2/3 person sharing a toilet room and shower room). £550 per month all bills included (gas, water, electricity, 100cap and council tax)

£550 per month for a single room, I have my personal stuff in this room in the wardrobe, please do not move or throw it away.

It is in a quiet neighborhood and also has a small garden. The house is quite old, hence the rent is cheap. you will be taking in as a lodger, but I usually not in.

Looking for:
*prefer clean, tidy, quite
*no party at home
*not a heavy cooker (light cooking only)

heating will be turn on few hours during the morning and night during winter.

no work from home, or extra energy payment can be disscus.
For short term stay, you will be taking in as a Airbnb or Hotel guest.

It is very close (within a 5minute walk) to Woolwich Arsenal DLR and mainline station. The train goes into London bridge (25min) , Cannon Street, Waterloo and Charing Cross (35min) and there is a new Thameslink into Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras. The DLR goes into Bank (35mins) or Stratford and you can change at Canning Town to get to Canary Wharf and the O2 via the Jubilee line.

Within a 5-10minute walk there is a large Tesco extra and a street with an array of shops including WHSmiths, New Look, Boots, TKMaxx and Lidl.
