The house is in close proximity to Plumstead Common and within walking distance to two mainline stations (Plumstead five minutes' walk away and Woolwich Arsenal 15 minutes' walk away) as well as Elizabeth Line and DLR. This makes it perfect for tenants to commute into the City or Central London.
Other landmarks nearby include the Thames Path cycle and green gateway route, the Woolwich Ferry Crossing, Royal Arsenal Cultural District, the restaurants and concert venues of the O2 Arena and the Woolwich Pier Thames Clipper Uber Boats as an alternative mode of transport into London.
All bills are included but electricity and gas usage is capped to prevent excessive and irresponsible use in a climate of rising prices.
We welcome tenants with good communication and interpersonal skills who appreciate that all housemates in a houseshare are equal and have a shared responsibility to look after the property. References and credit/financial checks will be needed as part of the letting process.
