Large double room in Woolwich - Bills included

I'm looking for someone to stay with me for 1 to 2 months (with possibility to extend).

Happy to take people on a two week rolling basis as well, we can definitely negotiate the price based on how long you'd like to stay.

I live in, if I say so myself, the best two bedroom apartment in Woolwich, it's 15 min walk from the Arsenal stations and under 5 minutes from Dockyards station.

The room has a very comfy double bed, storage for clothes and excellent natural light with a floor to ceiling window. The bathroom is not ensuite, but has a great shower that's very hot & with good pressure, and there's a washing machine and dishwasher. The flat is super warm. If you work from home some days I can add a small desk to the room.

I bought the flat last year and just need some lodger cash to finish up a few projects, such as the -epic- terrace.

I usually live alone, work from home most days and am tidy but chill. I have an easygoing and affectionate greyhound called Belinda, so ideally you would like dogs and get along with with her and not mind occasionally giving a helping hand (such as topping up her food/water) - but this isn't a dealbreaker if you want to just co-exist in mutual aloofness (she is quite aloof *awoof).

We can arrange viewings whenever - I'll probably prioritise people who don't need anything super long term; I've usually had lodgers 1 - 3 months as they were in between places or on short contracts and that's worked really well.
