The room is on the 2nd floor of the Victorian house facing garden with river views in distance. The double bed has orthopaedic matrass. There is double wardrobe, chest of drawers, under bed storage, desk, chair,2 x lamps, shelves.
The house has big garden (90 feet long) and the park is at the end of street.

10 min from the house is food store Co- Op, post office, fruit and veg stores, takeaway shops, local dentist and GP surgery, local pub.

Kitchen/Dinner has fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and plenty of cupboard space.

Household :
This is clean and peaceful house for someone like minded.
There are 2 small friendly hypoallergic dogs living in the house.
You would be sharing the house with me and the dogs. You do not have to interact with them if you do not want to.

You :
Clean and respectable person who can tolerate presence of dogs and is used to clean after themselves.

Although there is a fibre optic Virgin internet, as the room is at the back of the house the internet is not reliable enough for working from home.

• Elizabeth Line Woolwich (7 min to Canary Wharf, 20min Tottenham Court Road, etc)
• River bus Woolwich

The bus stop is 5 min walk from house.
