Hi! My names John and I am looking for a lodger (or two… there are two spare rooms)
The house is in a gated community opposite the Woolwich Barracks and common.
There are 3 floors and you’d be on the top with the best view in the building.
There’s one bathroom and one downstairs toilet. Two communal spaces (front room for indoor sunbathing and the back room on the ground floor for dining and working) and a small garden.
We also have a large lawn out front which some of my neighbours use sometimes but I prefer the barracks personally.
There’s just me in there at the moment. I run my own company so split my time working at home and around the country.
My ideal tenant would be a professional, fun person who loves cooking (or eating as I’m quite happy cooking) and music.
Im not in a mad rush to get someone in but I want to… I just need to make sure we’ll get on… so please feel free to get in touch.
