Double room in friendly house share

We are looking for someone to join our houseshare in Woolwich. We are well connected to North Greenwich and the Elizabeth Line in Woolwich.

* The double room comes with a double bed and a wardrobe and you’ll only be sharing the bathroom with one other person. There’s space for a small desk if you need it.
The rent includes all bills.

* Our house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a ground floor WC. We have a spacious kitchen with a dining area where we often end up having dinner together or just chat away. We also have a comfy living room where we like to watch the occasional movie together. Our garden is big enough for a little bbq in summer ☺️

* We are conveniently located near several stations, including North Greenwich (15 minutes by bus), Woolwich Dockyard (just a 10-minute walk away), Woolwich Arsenal with the Elizabeth Line (8 minutes by bus), Charlton station (only 10 minutes by bus), City Airport (about 25 minutes by bus + DLR). The area is rather residential, but supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and gyms are just a few minutes by bus.

* We are 4 female professionals aged 26-41, hailing from Italy, Vietnam and Germany and we have two (very friendly) cats. We do enjoy company but we also respect each other’s private space. We share a passion for nice food, books, series and silly cat memes.

* Our ideal new flatmate would fit our age range and is clean, open-minded and has a good sense of humour. You should be respectful towards other peoples cultures and lifestyles. Overall, we're looking for someone who's friendly, responsible, and looking for a home rather than just a place to crash.
