The flat is a 2 bed split level Victorian conversion with a rear garden.
On the ground floor there is a large open plan double reception room and a fitted kitchen, with plenty of storage space.
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms and a new bathroom.
RENT
£800 a month including all bills. (Rent negotiable)
Deposit is £800.
THE ROOM
Double room (measures 3.5m x 4m), wooden floor boards, double glazed and recently decorated.
A new king size bed, desk with chair, chest of drawers, in built double wardrobe and full length mirror.
THE FLAT
Currently have 150mb fibre, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+ (courtesy of my niece :D) and Sky Go (w/sports) via the PS4
The reception rooms lead out to a paved garden, lawn and garden table
Storage
There is a storage cupboard under the stairs.
There is also a front shed where a bike can be stored

A 10 minute walk to the centre of Woolwich, where there are supermarkets, pubs, cafes, restaurants, gyms etc
Few minutes walk from the flat on Herbert road there is a Co-op convenience store and several other takeaways and ethnic food stores.
Queen Elizabeth hospital is 20 minute walk away.

- 10 minute walk to Woolwich Arsenal Station for DLR and mainline rail
-12 minute walk to Woolwich station for Elizabeth line
- 5 minutes or less walk to bus stops for buses (51, 53, N53, 386, 244) to Charlton, Greenwich, Blackheath, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Lewisham, Crystal Palace and Central London (Whitehall/Trafalgar Square)

I am a 35yo finance professional (regulating banks). I enjoy travelling, photography, gardening (usual mid-life crisis hobbies etc). I WFH most of the week, in the evenings usual studying in my room or out for an event.
I'm looking to live with a friendly, clean and tidy person 27-38.
