Woolwich 1 bed flat sub-let bills inc Mar-May

I will be travelling so am sub-letting my flat.

My home is a cute and cozy typical London flat, with the added advantage of being only three minutes walk to the Thames, and being surrounded by trees, it's a perfect respite from the chaos of the city. Every window looks out onto mature trees giving the flat a serene feel.

The flat is 1 minutes walk to Woolwich Dockyard, which can take you to Victoria, Cannon Street or Blackfriars station within half an hour and it is fifteen minutes walk to Woolwich Arsenal, where the DLR and Elizabeth Line can connect you to the city.

Please note, there is no TV in the flat but there is a projector which can be used. There is also a dining table and a writing bureau desk which offers two separate work spaces in the flat.

I have a bike and helmet/lock that can be used by those sub-letting.

The price includes all bills inc council tax, water, gas, wifi and electric etc.

This is my home that I've renovated myself and therefore there are a number of sentimental items, so no parties or excessive gatherings please and in order to respect my neighbors, please no loud music after 11pm.

I’m subletting for this price so I can make sure to get the right person who respects the place.

This is ideally suited for someone or a couple moving to the city that need a base whilst they search for a permanent home. I can be flexible with dates should you require a longer stay.
