The flat is very convenient, close to the tube, trains, buses; easy to central London whilst calm by the river.
There is 24 hour concierge and we are top floor with a view of the river.

It's a clean, calm, flat, with lots of plants, a sweet dog, modern kitchen area with plenty of your own storage, cooker, microwave, air fryer, fridge, freezer. The bedroom has a desk, wardrobe and storage, the bed is single but does open out into a double if required. Bedding, towel, hairdryer are provided, washing machine kitchenware etc.

This would suit a professional or student able to go out to work as there are some building works taking place during the week days. For a Monday to Friday lodger the rent would be £750pcm, £900 is one person full time.

You'll be sharing the communal spaces with me, though I am away quite a lot particularly over the summer months.

It will be necessary to provide a reference and also your credit rating, which you can find on sites such as Experien. Council tax is not included.

We will have a one month notice period, but I am open about changes in circumstances as soon as I am aware of them. I have put six months maximum as I am considering making some changes later in the year, but there could be the possibility of extending.
