a 5 minute drive or 10minutes walk to woolwich town centre. one train stop away from woolwich arsenal for anyone who needs to access the Elizabeth line.
One train stop from charlton station and a 5 mins drive to charlton for access to all the shops.
Many shops and easy access to public transport for anyone who has to communite daily.

Bill- Tenants will be responsible for Gas, electricity and wifi.
council tax and water bill will be included in rent.
A minimum of 2 months deposit is required and minimum rental period is 1year and 2 months notice needs to be given in advance to end tenancy.

NO smoker or Pets allowed
