The current flatmate is a Paramedic who works night shift so is at home sleeping during the day, so you will have the apartment to yourself a lot if you work 9-5 hours.
The building is currently undergoing works, (Scheduled to end Sept 2026) so whilst is it quiet out of construction hours, during weekdays you may hear some noise, so may best suit someone working 9-5 hours offsite , as we can't guarantee silence if you WFH (although the current tenant is nightshift and at home during construction hours)
The Huge private roof terrace is currently unavailable for use due to works going on, but will be available for the occupants use once the scaffolding comes down.

-There is also the DLR and the mainline train.
Loads of restaurants and cafes next door, plus M&S Sainsburys and Tesco, Gyms etc so its really convenient, however despite being so close to that, our development is very quiet and peaceful, with the river one side, and a nature reserve on the other side! 🦅🦋🦜
It is a really nicely FULLY FURNISHED apartment, and even has sheets on the bed and everything you need to make you feel at home- just walking in with your suitcase!
