I am looking for a tenant or tenants to take on the remainder of my lease in this 2 bedroom house just 5 minute's walk from Woolwich Arsenal station.

There are two rooms on the ground floor - currently used as a home office and a dining room. One of them could feasibly be used as another double bedroom.

There is a good quality kitchen with new amenities including washing machine, under counter fridge, under counter freezer, oven and full sized dishwasher.

The bathroom has a free standing bathtub and shower - finished to a high standard.

There is direct access off the kitchen to a private garden with a small shed, outdoor tap and plug socket.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms - one currently being utilised as a living room. All four rooms have original fireplaces (not functional).

Good sized built in wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom, and good storage cupboard under the stairs.

The current tenancy is due to run until 16th August 2025 with a preference from the landlord to extend beyond this. Rent is £1,900 excluding bills and references will be required by the letting agent.

There is a Tesco Extra a few minute's walk away and good transport links. The house is 5 minutes' from Woolwich Arsenal and the Woolwich DLR station and less than 10 minutes' walk about from the Woolwich Elizabeth line station.

The property would be suited to a couple or 2/3 person flat share. Being let as unfurnished apart from the kitchen white goods and 2 x small black leather sofas (used but reasonable condition), which are included.

Pets are considered - cats but unfortunately not dogs.

The property is in council tax Band C.

The property will be available from Monday 15th July 2024.
