The room is semi-furnished and might look a bit different from the pictures, but it's pretty close.

You'll be added to the lease, so the letting agent will need to check your income, get a reference from your current landlord, and do a credit check. Tenancy deposit is £1200.

We're super close to local amenities like Tesco Extra, Sainsbury's, the Post Office, and various takeaways – just a 3-minute walk away.

Transport is really convenient too, with the Elizabeth line, DLR, and overground stations just 5 minutes away on foot.
