Furnished Studio for 3 weeks (Woolwich)

Hi there,

I’m looking to rent out my studio apartment for 3 weeks commencing 2 August 2024. The studio is located in Royal Arsenal Riverside community that’s just outside the Woolwich Elizabeth line station which provides amazing connectivity to Central London (I. e 20 minutes to Tottenham Court Road) and is at a 5 minute walk from Woolwich DLR and Woolwich National lines station.

The apartment is centrally located and has easy access to all amenities. There’s an 'M&S Food' just outside Woolwich station open from 6:00 in the morning till 9:30 in the night, hence necessities are accessible all day round. Furthermore, for the weekly stocking there’s a Tesco Express just 10 minutes walk from apartment and a Sainsbury and Lidl about 12 to 15 minutes walk.

The studio comes with its own private balcony overlooking the Dial Arch pub and the Woolwich Elizabeth line station. The Dial Arch pub is a great spot to grab a chilled beer in the evenings and the community also houses other options such as Starbucks coffee and Woolwich works. The riverside and the Woolwich pier is again 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The studio comes with ample storage space, a wardrobe and a full fitted kitchen. There’s a working desk with a second screen for one to comfortably work from home. The television has access to Netflix and Amazon Prime and comes with a Bose soundbar that gives a phenomenal experience. Not to mention there’s a high speed Wi-Fi that ensures great connectivity all day long. Other white goods include washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, a coffee machine and a portable air conditioner.
