Looking for a friendly, female professional to take over my current flatmate’s tenancy in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in a great location. The flat is in a peaceful residential area just a 5-minute walk from the Woolwich Elizabeth Line station, offering quick access to Canary Wharf and central London.

The available room is an en-suite, pratially furnished (comes with a wardrobe). The rent is listed excluding bills. The area is beautiful and convenient, with gyms, Tesco, M&S, local pubs, cafes, and the riverside all just a minute away.

We’re easygoing, enjoy a glass of wine, board games, movies, and friendly chats, respectful and we’re gradually making this a beautiful home. While this isn’t a party house, we’re happy for you to have your friends and family over. We are seeking a like-minded female professional to join us and would love someone similar who values a relaxed and friendly home environment.
