Are you searching for a cozy place to call home in Woolwich? We have a spacious room available in our lovely 4-bedroom house, just a short walk from Woolwich Arsenal Station: DLR, Elizabeth Line and Bus station.

The Room:
* Rent: £700 per month (bills included)
* Available from: September
* Furnished/Unfurnished: Only a bed for now - depending on your preference.
* Features: Bright and airy with plenty of natural light, good-sized room.

The Flat:
* Location: Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in Woolwich, close to shops, cafes, and supermarkets. Excellent transport links with the DLR, National Rail, Elizabeth Line and Thames Clipper nearby.
* Shared Spaces: You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a clean, modern bathroom.

About Us:
We are two professional women, aged 26 (Portuguese/French) and 45 (Brazilian). We're tidy, respectful of each other’s privacy and personal space, and appreciate a quiet living environment. While we value our own space, we also enjoy occasional chats and spending time together. We're looking for someone who shares a similar lifestyle, is responsible with rent and bills, and will treat the house like a home, meaning you'll take good care of it.

- Shared Interests: we’re both in healthy living: we’re foodies, fitness, reading, cycling, running, walks, gardering and organic vegetables. We like tv shows and movies but we don’t have a TV in the house.
- Dietary Preferences: Mostly Vegetarian but we don’t mind if you eat meat.

Our Ideal Housemate:
- Gender: We welcome a housemate of any gender
- Age: 25 and above, who is a professional
- House vibes: Our ideal housemate is respectful, and considerate—someone who values a calm and friendly atmosphere. We don’t mind if you bring guest over dinners or other occasions, but no parties or sleepovers. As a rule, we’re let each other know, if we’re bring people over to be considerate.
- Shared Responsibilities: You’re a clean and tidy person, especially in common areas like the kitchen and bathroom. We expect you to participate in a cleaning rota or share responsibilities for keeping the flat clean.
- Noise Levels: You are mindful of noise, especially during late evenings or early mornings.
- Privacy: You respect each other’s privacy and personal space.
- Rent and Bills: You’re reliable in paying rent and bills on time.
- Open communication: Express the importance of open communication for resolving any issues that might arise.
- Conflict Resolution: Mention that you value a housemate who can discuss and resolve conflicts maturely and calmly.
- Commitment: At minimum of 3 months and longer stays (can be needs to be discussed in person)
- Pets: No pets allowed sadly.
