Single room to rent on short term

Hi! I am going to be out of country for 2-3 months . I am currently living with my flatmate she is working professional and does hybrid working. I want to sublet my room to someone who keeps clean surrounding .
Laundry machine, oven, dishwasher are provided.
The rent is included utility bills . ( willing to negotiate on deposit)
All transportation facilities are available at walking distance : Buses at 1 min walk, DLR at 3 min walk and Elizabeth line at 6 min walk. Location is very good as Tesco extra is just 1 min walk along with dominos and many other restaurants at literally 2-5 minutes walk. Woolwich pier is just 8 minutes walk away and good place for running around or walking while also access to boat rides.
