Hello it’s Zoe and Steph (current flatmates).

We are looking for a working professional to join our beautiful apartment with views to Canary Wharf and the river Thames.

We are located in Woolwich Arsenal on the Elizabeth Line. Woolwich Station is literally below the development and Woolwich Arsenal DRL is 3 mins walk.

With the Elizabeth line you will arrive to central London in no time:
- 8 mins to get to Canary Wharf
- 15 mins to Liverpool Street
- 20 mins to get to Tottenham Court Road
- 30 mins to Paddington
- 35 mins to Bond Street

The neighbourhood is nice and modern with access to supermarkets like M&S next to the station, Tesco Extra, Sainsbury’s etc. There are gastro pubs, small restaurants and cute little cafes to have brunch on a Sunday. We are located 3 mins walk to the river Thames which is an amazing walk in summer. The area is lovely and safe, we live at the Royal Arsenal riverside where professionals and families live.
We have a beautiful and spacious double room available on 19th January 2025 (flexible moving date pre the 19th). The room comes with a brand new bed with new mattress, well sized wardrobe, bedside table and an extra piece of furniture.

We live in a modern new development. The flat is brand new has and amazing natural light during the day. The flat is very spacious and comfortable with fully furnished kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.). You will share the main bathroom, which has a shower/bath & toilet, with one of the flatmates.

We have a private balcony with exceptional views of the skyline. The sunsets are incredible and also have views to the river Thames.

There is a free concierge service to receive your parcels and private gym (for a £30 fee per month).

We would like to find a working professional who is clean and respectful. We are young professionals, 2 females working in central London. Ideally looking for someone with similar lifestyle. We are only looking for long term tenants for a minimum of 1 year stay (tenancy renewing Jan 2026).

We like going out with friends and also to have chilled evenings (not suitable for people looking to have constant parties at home or smokers).
