A refurbished double room is now available.
It is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a computer desk with a chair.
It is situated on the ground window faces garden, so it is very quiet.

The house atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed, housemates are respectful.
Although I am a living in owner, I am often away. So my presence isn't felt much.

There is a large kitchen diner on the ground floor. It has all necessary equipment - washing machine, drier, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove.
The bathroom is shared among 4 people, two of which work nightshifts so it is rarely busy.
The house is easily accessible from Woolwich Arsenal Station, and thanks to Elizabeth line you can within minutes reach Canary Wharf, O2 arena, Stratford Olympic stadium, Central London or Heathrow airport directly in 1 hr.

All bills are included and you will be issued a Lodgers Agreement.
