Subleasing my cozy double room in a 2 bed flat in Woolwich. Contract until this November 7th 2025 (Potential to renew the lease for next year as well.)

6 min walk to Woolwich Elizabeth station and a 2 min walk to Woolwich Arsenal station. Fresh daily local markets, located within walking distance to both a LIDL and Tesco Extra. On the Woolwich high street with every food chain you can think of.

The space:
Our flat is tidy and homey with floor to ceiling windows and a bright living room. The bedroom is smaller than the other room in the flat, so the rent is lower. The furniture included is the double bed, two small bedside desks, and open hanging closet.

Because of the limited bedroom space, there is generous space in the living room to have a work setup. We prioritise high speed wifi for gaming so it's ideal for work from home situations too.

You’ll share the large full bathroom, kitchen, and living room. In the living room we have a dining table, sofa, TV, coffee table etc all communal. The kitchen contains a dishwasher and washer. There is also a gorgeous balcony with plenty of space for furniture during summer.

Accessibility:
There are two lifts available to access the flat. The flat is step free, and the bathroom bathtub had accessibility handles and a large space. The bedroom is small so not advised for anyone who requires ample space for aid getting into bed, etc.
The main entrance door is quite heavy, the system has a fob to enter and an intercom system.

Existing Flatmate:
28, a quiet person who enjoys video games. Working full time in office and mostly available in the evenings/weekends. We prioritise LGBTQ+ tenants.
