A lovely furnished room is available in our spacious 3-bedroom, split-level flat located in a gated development in Woolwich, SE London. I'm moving out to stay with family, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from 1st August (with some flexibility on move-in dates).

Comes with a double bed, wardrobe, side table, and desk/dressing table with a chair.

I’ll be taking a few personal items, and I’m happy to remove anything you don’t want in the room.

The room can also be offered unfurnished if preferred.

Set across two floors with a bright, open-plan living room and kitchen area.

Two large balconies for fresh air and outdoor space.

You’ll share a bathroom with one other housemate, plus there’s a separate guest WC. (One bedroom has its own ensuite.)

Lovely concierge who accepts packages.

Onsite private gym, free resident parking, and access to a large cricket ground and green space.

Located in a beautiful, quiet gated community.

Excellent transport links from Woolwich Arsenal & Woolwich Elizabeth Line stations (DLR, National Rail, and Elizabeth Line – 10 mins to Central London).

Easy access to local shops, gyms, restaurants, and riverside walks.

💷 Rent & Lease Details

Rent: £700/month (excluding bills).

Bills: approx. £200/month (covers council tax, internet, and utilities).

You’ll be taking over my lease which runs until 31st March 2026, with the option to renew yearly with our lovely landlord.

References will be required by the landlord.

You’ll be sharing with two lovely female professionals in their late 20s. We’re friendly, tidy, respectful of personal space, and value a peaceful, clean, and safe home. We’re ideally looking for a female housemate, but open to a respectful male housemate too.
