Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate to take the Double Bedroom here in this 2-bed, 1-bath flat with shared balcony above Tesco - secure building with two key fob entrances.

You would be joining myself (I rent the single room) and the part-time live-in landlord who is only present Mon-Thu evenings (late). He's a chef/manager in London but recently moved his family outside the city. He sleeps in the living room ~ 11pm-5:30am Mon-Thu.

The flat is available immediately - 6-month min. preferred
(short-term lets considered if have good references).

Landlord prefers a professional who is happy to interact with flatmates occasionally and who can keep shared areas clean/organised (rather than student or those keeping only to their room).
