The bathroom with be shared only with another tenant as Lucia has her own bathroom.
Kitchen is fully equipped including large dining table.
The house is located in a quiet street close to Woolwich Arsenal Station (10 minutes by bus), Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Shooters Hill, Greenwich.
From Woolwich Arsenal you have:
- Elizabeth line - 4 stops to Liverpool Street
- DLR station - to Bank, Stratford and Canning Town
Direct National rail trains to Luton airport, Charring cross, London bridge, Cannon street, Abbey Wood, Gillingham, Dartford.
Monthly utility bill comes to c.£100a month I would say and include internet, council tax, water and electricity/gas.
The room is available on 20 August but possibility for sooner.
