I am looking for a friendly and respectful new flatmate. The available room is a double with its own private en-suite bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy.

The Room:
• Bright and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe)

• Modern and clean
• Shared open-plan living room and kitchen with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)
• Great transport links nearby (6mins to Woolwich Elizabeth line, 10mins DLR)
• Private gym for the residents with swimming and sauna
• M&S and Tesco express in 8 mins walking distance

About Us:
You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I am working in consulting, currently working 3 days from home, 2 days in the office. I usually go to gym after work and play tennis or meet friends during weekend.

You:
We’re ideally looking for a professional who’s easy-going, considerate, keeps the communal area clean and tidy and enjoys a relaxed home environment.

Rent & Bills:
• £1250 per month (bills come around 150-200)
