You will be a lodger but you'll have the entire flat to yourself. You'll get the main bedroom (with ensuite) - I will officially be a live in landlord I will actually spend my time living with my partner (still locally) and this is the reason the flat is avaliable .
This room is perfect for someone who wants a nice, safe place of their own. You'll be a full time working professional who reguarly commutes to their place of work.
The flat is fully furnished - everything you need is provided including a TV, kitchen equipment etc (if you can see it in the photos, it's there and can be used by the tenant). The flat has also been fully deep cleaned.
All bills are included (council tax, broadband, electricity, hot water, heating).
The tenancy is for min six months, max one year. There is the possibility for an extension after one year (but it cannot be guarenteed at this time).
Who this room is not appropriate for:
Someone with lots of their own furniture. The flat is fully furnished - you cannot bring your own bed or sofa and no furniture will be removed from the flat. (Plenty of wardrobe space will be provided however, plus shelves and other space for your personal possessions).
People who work fully remotely (from home). The great transport connections this room has should be made avaliable to someone who needs them, so those who work fully from home should not apply. If you work from home one day a week, this is not a problem.
Couples, or someone who will have their partner staying over at the property with them frequently as this is a lodger agreement for one person. No parties or large gatherings (but you'd be welcome to invite a few friends over for dinner, a movie night or similar, from time to time)
