My friend Tom and I are looking for a third to join us in putting down an offer for a beautiful modern 3b2b flat at Woolwich Riverside.

The available room is a spacious double with its own ensuite, large fitted wardrobes and a private balcony. There’s plenty of room for a desk too if you wfh. Rent is £1350 per month plus bills and the contract would be for a year. Move in would be around 15/9, TBC

The building comes with some amazing perks, including an onsite gym, pool and cinema. You’ll also have everything you need close by, from grocery shops and cafes to pubs and a GP. The area is safe and well connected, with the Elizabeth Line, DLR and National Rail all within walking distance.

A little about us: We’re both friendly and easygoing, and would like to create a relaxed home where everyone feels comfortable and looks out for one another. We’d love to live with someone who appreciates a cosy, respectful space, but who’s also up for the occasional chat, flat dinners and movie nights
