Flatmate Wanted: Windsor Square,Woolwich

Hey! We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to join us in a spacious 3-bed / 2-bath flat in Windsor Square, Royal Arsenal Riverside, Woolwich.
We are already two flatmates; looking for a third to make this place feel like home. Below are all the perks plus some information about us. The flat is available from the 2nd of October and we would prefer to put an offer on it at everybody’s earliest convenience, so we can move in by then.

✍️ What We’re Looking For
Someone tidy, respectful of shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathrooms).
Preferably someone who’s easy to get on with, considerate with noise / guests.
Ideally someone who is looking to stay at least 12 months so there is stability.


🙋 About Us
Flatmate 1:
Zoltan – I am 24 years old, from Hungary. I graduated from Lancaster University in 2023 (thus, I was living in the UK from 2020-2023) and I have been living and working in Budapest after that for 2 years. During these years I was working in corporate advisory (M&A, IPOs, business development). After this period, I have just relocated back to the UK, to London a few months ago and I am currently looking for a job in the same field. My hobbies include sailing (as I grew up next to Lake Balaton), running, video games and going to the gym.
Flatmate 2:
Gergely – I am 24 and originally from Hungary, have been living in London for 4 years. I have graduated form Uni in 2024 and currently work in fine dining. (As to many people of my generation the job market has been quite cruel with my humble little self as well so if anyone reading this has something that might be interesting to a data science graduate pls reach out). Anyways, I am a moderately huge football fan, also following darts and F1. I love listening to political/geopolitical podcasts or watching something educational about anything that is about a topic of quite a lot of somewhat niche interests of mine. I would consider myself quite easy-going, (ofc who wouldnt xdd), quite like cooking so if you can cook some rather niche cuisine that would be a huge plus and of course the kindness returned by an introduction to Hungarian classics.
