I’m Linh, a working professional based in London. My current flatmate is moving back to her home country, so her lovely double bedroom will soon be available to rent.

📍 Location: The flat is in the Woolwich area — just a 10-minute walk from both the Elizabeth Line and the DLR. It’s perfect for anyone commuting to Canary Wharf or Central London.

🛏 The Room:
• Spacious double bedroom, fully furnished
• You’ll have your own private full bathroom
• Available from 14 December (latest move-in 1 January 2026) — dates are flexible

💷 Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £1,050/month, paid directly to the agent
• Bills: around £180/month per person (varies slightly with heating)

🏡 About the Flat:
It’s a modern, comfortable home shared between two people. The flat contract runs until March 2026, and I’m ideally looking for someone open to extending it beyond that — happy to discuss details!

👩‍💻 About Me:
I work in London and usually work from home 2–3 days a week. I enjoy quiet evenings, sharing a glass of wine, and watching movies. I really value a tidy and respectful flatmate who treats the space like home.
