About me: I'm a female and a Londoner so happy to help you settle in. I tend to wfh as a Designer and have a very friendly Tabby. Im clean and tidy and would expect the tenant to be also, although I will still take on the majority of the general maintenance. I'm open minded in who would like the space as long as they have autonomy over themselves and are respectful of the property as I've put a lot of time and effort into creating a home.
