I moved in with my partner so renting out my beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath historical flat. 1 room is occupied by Nikita, he’s a film director often on the road (3-5weeks at a time) filming ads and movies across the globe. When he’s around he’s very discreet and clean. You’ll essentially have the flat for yourself 90% of the time which is a big advantage.

It’s also less than a 5min walk to the river with cafes and shops near by. Perfect for a run or walk.

All the bills remain in my name or Nikita’s so you don’t have to worry about anything other than the monthly payment.
