We’re looking for a new housemate to join our relaxed and friendly 3-bed house on Brookhill Road. It’s a modern home in a great Woolwich location, just 5 minutes from the DLR and 8 minutes from the Elizabeth line.

📍 The House
Modern, clean and well-kept, the house includes:

* Bright open-plan kitchen diner with all mod cons (washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.)
* Comfortable shared living space with sofa and TV
* Private terrace backing onto a larger shared podium garden (ideal for a morning coffee or evening drink)
* One main bathroom (shared between two) and an additional downstairs loo

🛏 The Room
A large king-size bedroom overlooking the terrace. Furnished with a king bed, built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers.

👋 About Us
You’ll be sharing with two professionals in our late 20s and early 30s. I (31F) work in events and work in the office most days of the week, and my housemate (29M) works in finance and works from home.

The house has a relaxed and homely vibe. We’re sociable in a low-key way and enjoy unwinding with a good film or TV series (sometimes with a glass of wine), but equally value having our own space.

There is a large shared bathroom with a bath which you'll be sharing with me (31F).

Isn’t included but it’s around £130 per month (energy, water, broadband, and council tax band D)

We're looking for a considerate, tidy and friendly professional (late 20s to early 30s) who’ll treat the place like home. We enjoy a good balance of catching up and being social with each other, but also respecting each other's space, and we're looking for someone to fit in to that dynamic.

Ideally we would be looking for someone that works at least part-time in the office.

My housemate's girlfriend has a small dog that usually visits once a week. She's adorable and very well trained but you should be ok with a cute puppy stopping by every now and then.
