Nice Cosy Room Near To All Amenities And Transport

Hi

I am looking for a female (due to religious/cultural reasons) to live with me/my family as a lodger.

Please message / show interest in the first instance.

The house is located 10 mins from town centre, DLR and Elizabeth line - making it an ideal place. There is large tescos nearby, also a co-op closer. We have plenty of take away shops.

Rules:
- Please make sure you dont have lots of storage items with you.
- No Pets.
- Recycle your stuff properly (as council will penalise us otherwise)
- No parties
- No Alcohol / Pork (& please use halal chicken/meat, there is tesco nearby that provides this, unless you use your own utensils/pans etc).
- Dont leave electrical items on/standby when you leave the room for extended periods of time
- Food to be eaten downstairs (frontroom, kitchen, TV room or garden)
- Close doors by pushing the handles down as UK houses arent particularly sound proof
- clean/hoover your room at once a week
- generally try to be nice & respectful.
