Short-let, Royal Arsenal Woolwich, 25th Feb-April

I’m subletting my room in a modern 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the Thames while I’m overseas.

(Those are the max dates, but happy to be flexible with a shorter stay)

The flat is bright, comfortable, and right by the river, a genuinely lovely place to live. Full double room, with your own private bathroom.

You’ll be sharing with Cedric (29), who works full-time in the city. He’s friendly, easy-going, a great cook, and always up for a laugh, but also often busy in the evenings and super respectful of space.

IMHO Royal Arsenal is a bit of a hidden gem in London. You’ve got gastro pubs, wine bars, independent cafés, bakeries, and riverside walks literally on your doorstep, it’s social and lively without being hectic. There’s a real community feel here, which makes it perfect if you’re new to London and want to ease your way in rather than dive straight into chaos.

At the same time, you’re right on the Elizabeth Line, meaning you can get into central London faster than almost any other tube line - Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street, Soho, Paddington, all incredibly easy.

It’s ideal for someone looking for a calm, well-located home with great vibes, great food nearby, and seamless connections into the city.
