Great double room in woolwich

great furnished double room in woolwich. new mattress/ duvet/ pillows.
the room is available immediately for up to August, as the landlords have decided to sell after we rented it for 13 and 21 years respectively.
me and my partner have shared the home for the past 5 years with a PHd student who just moved abroad for work reasons and we would like to find a suitable person to take his place.

the room comes with a TV? PS4 and i can provide you more gadgets if you don't have yours.

we are open to most identities and orientations except for hateful people. also, there are quite afew steps in the house, so it might not be ideal if you have accessibility needs.

i am a training psychotherapists and in my spare time, a guitar maker/ musician. i spend much time in the house to craft, study and work. i do have a small office where there is a pc/ printer and all office supplies live.

there are 2 bathrooms, a small one with a shower cubicle, and a bigger one with the shower/tub and bidet!
