the room is available immediately for up to August, as the landlords have decided to sell after we rented it for 13 and 21 years respectively. she travels a lot, and i am the one that is in the house, mostly.

the room comes unfurnished, but due to the nature of the household, if you tell me your preference, i can surely spare some appliances if needed (the I mac and the speaker are for picture purpuse only)

we are looking for an open minded person, no matter the gender or any other identity signifier. we are queer, so it is paramount the whomever is coming in here is open minded. and as all of us are queer, i will be more selective as safety is one of my concerns

i am a training psychotherapists and in my spare time, a guitar maker/ musician. i spend much time in the house to craft, study and work. i do have a small office where there is a pc/ printer and all office supplies live.

there are 2 bathrooms, a small one with a shower cubicle, and a bigger one with the shower/tub and bidet!
