This is a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment, i'm looking to rent out one of the other rooms as the other tenant is moving out. We are the first ones to live here and have only been here for 1.5 years, so it is still fairly brand new. The room that is being rented out has a fitted double-sized wardrobe and its own mid-large sized bathroom, which is not connected to the room directly however, it is right opposite.
I managed to get a rent reduction from £2300 to £2250 for the entire apartment and the move in date is now 17th May 2026.
The apartment is located by the river thames with amazing views and is 10-15 minute walk from Woolwich Elizabeth line station and DLR and various amenities/shops are just a 5 minute walk away. The ferry is right outside the apartment and the closest bus stops are 2-5 minutes away walking distance. Greenwich is also just 10-15 minutes away. We have gym access, 24 hour concierge service and underground parking is available but with an extra cost.
The flat has been kept in great/clean condition, so anyone that is able to continue with respecting this would be great! Im open to anyone that is sociable or that wants to keep to themselves :)
Bills are not included, but they end up being around £200 - £220 pp every month. The council tax band is D.
*For couples: rent of the room becomes £1,300 (total rent of apartment £2250, would be split between 3, so the rent would be £1,500 in total, but I can reduce it to £1,300)
