I bought the flat about a year ago, and since then I added new flooring and painted the room. The room comes fully furnished a new double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.
The flat has a large living area and kitchen, and a balcony. There is ample storage space, and modern appliances.
I am looking for someone tidy who is also sociable. I work at Liverpool Street and spend time in east London, but happy to hang out watching TV or cooking something :)
