Spacious, bright double room in Woolwich

Looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share a large two bedroom flat, five minutes walk from Woolwich station and the Thames. Confirmation date 3rd July or sooner is possible, with a move in date from 3rd August.

The flat boasts a large open plan living room and kitchen perfect for hosting with built-in dishwasher, washer/dryer and lots of storage. The flat also has two balconies which is perfect for summer months. The bedroom is a bright space with large windows and a door onto one of the balconies.

I’m looking for a lovely person to join me in Woolwich to create a home, with the right mix of social and downtime. I think it’s nice to hang out, cook and eat together occasionally but also respect people’s space. It’s important that the home is a safe space, so please be pro LGBTQ+ and all things diversity.

A bit about me, I’m a 36 year old gay guy working in video games PR so I do enjoy playing games. In my spare time I like to cook/bake so the flat is usually full of yummy aromas. I’m also keen to stay active, hitting the parkrun on Saturday, going to the gym or playing squash (feel free to join me). Occasionally can be found rocking bad dance moves at Dalston Superstore. I’m a social guy and love to catch a movie with friends, or chill in a park with a few bevvies and a good book.

Rent is £950 per month, with bills coming to approx. £200 (includes gas, electricity, superfast internet, water, council tax, and home insurance). The bedroom can either be furnished or unfurnished. The property is council tax band D.
