Bright Double Room, 5min to Lizzie Line, En-Suite

I've got a spacious double room available in a two bedroom, two bathroom flat right in the heart of Woolwich.

The flat is around 1,100 sq ft (Council Tax = Band C) and split across two floors, which means there's a good amount of space and privacy. The available room is downstairs and has its own bathroom on the same floor. Realistically, the only time anyone else is likely to be downstairs is when they're heading in or out of the flat.

The room has its own balcony and can come with a bed and mattress if you'd like them.

Location wise, the flat is less than a five minute walk from the Elizabeth Line, making it easy to get pretty much anywhere in London, only 20 minutes to Liverpool St. Tesco Extra is about seven minutes walk away and you've got plenty of other shops nearby.

You'll also be living with my two cats, Pumba and Balu (pictured). They're brothers and about as chilled out as cats come. If they're not asleep somewhere, they're usually lying on their backs hoping someone will rub their belly. I don't expect anyone to look after them, but I'd ideally like to find someone who likes animals and is happy having a couple of cats around.

A bit about me: I work in Account Management for a software company and tend to be in the office five days a week. I occasionally travel for work too, so there are times when I'm away or out of the flat for longer days.

I'm pretty sociable and always happy to have a chat, watch something on TV or grab a drink, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing. I definitely value having some time to myself as well, so there's no expectation that we'll be best mates joined at the hip.

One of my main hobbies is cooking and baking, so if that's your thing too, the kitchen is very well equipped and has pretty much everything you'd need.

I think the flat would suit someone who's looking for great transport links, convenience day to day, and a spacious, relaxed place to live.
