We are looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful female lodger to rent our newly furnished single bedroom.
The room is approximately 7.1 m², making it ideal for one person. It is bright and airy, with large windows fitted with quality blinds that offer a lovely view. The room includes:

* New bedside cabinet
* Built-in wardrobe

The shared areas of the house, including the kitchen, living room, hallway, and both the front and rear gardens, are well maintained and kept clean.
We ask that the successful tenant helps keep the shared spaces, including the kitchen and bathroom, clean and tidy after use.
You will be sharing the home with a young Indian couple. We are looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and considerate of our home and neighbours.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who shares a similar lifestyle. This is a non-smoking household, and we are looking for a tenant who does not smoke, drink alcohol, or consume pork.
The property is located in SE18, with excellent transport links and easy access to Central London.
