Hi! I'm looking for someone lovely to take over my room in our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, as I'm moving out due to a change in personal circumstances.

The flat is somewhere we've really enjoyed living, so it's important to us that we find someone who'll love it just as much and help make it feel like home.

You'd be sharing with a friendly 32-year-old female professional who works full time. She's easy-going, considerate and enjoys having a home that's clean, calm and welcoming. She values a peaceful environment during the week but is always happy for a chat over dinner or a catch-up after work.

Ideally, we're looking for a female working professional who is:
- Clean and tidy
- Respectful and considerate
- Looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay
- Happy living in a relaxed, quieter household
- A fellow lover of Asian food would definitely be a bonus!
- Someone who is looking to rent longer term (ideally 12+ months)
