I am in the midst of moving out and I’m looking for either a replacement or short term tenant for my current flat.
This is a one bedroom flat, with in a luxury complex in Woolwich Arsenal, just 3 minutes walking from the Elizabeth line.
The complex has swimming pool, x2 saunas, cinema, gym & concierge.

The flat is perfect for a couple or student who’s looking for a quiet place to live in.

The rent is £2,200 inclusive of bills (electricity, hot water, water, Wi-Fi), however, if you wish to take over my contract the rent is a bit cheaper (£2,050 p/m).

The current pictures are old for when I first moved in but the flat is far nicer now and I’d be happy to leave some stuff for free and sell others, up to your own decision.
