I am an empty nester looking for someone to share my home which has become too big for just 1 person. Current lodger leaving end of August.

I am quiet, work from home and rarely receive visitors except the occasion visits from my children.
Suitable for a student or professional but must be a non smoker.

Couple can be considered but will attract a 50% surcharge.
Strictly no pets. No smoking. No children
