I’m looking for a clean, respectful and considerate flatmate to share a fully furnished apartment with me in Woolwich.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with excellent transport links, plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, and pretty much everything you could need within walking distance.

📅 Availability

Available from: 1 December 2026 (potential to move in a week earlier)

There is no fixed minimum tenancy, but preference will be given to someone looking for a longer-term home rather than a short-term arrangement. The aim is to have a stable and comfortable living arrangement without regularly changing flatmates.

🏠 The Apartment

The apartment is on an upper floor and benefits from plenty of natural light.

It is naturally quite warm, so we generally don’t need to use the heating extensively.

There is also concierge service for parcels, which is particularly convenient if you’re not home when a delivery arrives.

There is sufficient space for someone who occasionally works from home, including space for a desk and chair. However, preference will be given to someone who does not work from home full-time.

I’m a professional in my early 30s and a Christian.

I’m looking for someone who is:

* Clean and tidy
* Respectful of shared spaces and other people’s belongings
* Considerate about noise
* Responsible and easy to live with
* Independent and comfortable with their own space

There’s no expectation that we need to be best friends . I’m simply looking for someone who is respectful, considerate and pleasant to share a home with.

The apartment is already fully furnished and has limited additional storage outside the bedroom, so someone who doesn’t have a huge amount of additional furniture/belongings would probably be most comfortable here. The bedroom itself has a generous walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage.

* Occasional visitors are absolutely fine, provided they are not effectively living in the apartment. Longer-term visitors should be discussed between us beforehand.
