Single room available to let in the vicinity of Woolwich arsenal Station. two stops by bus or 5-10 minutes walk. All bills inclusive. We prefer nice, quiet and clean household. No loud music or parties allowed in the premises. Cleanliness and hygiene should be maintained by each member of the household at all times. Mix of students and full time workers. Deep clean needs to be done by each member of the house once a month. Rest can be discussed upon viewing. There is also a double room available from the same date, couples welcome , rent would be £530 per calendar month for couple or £450 for single.
